Shipping Procedures
What shipping options are available and how much will it cost?
A: This depends on where you are located and volume of your order. We have been using UPS for many years so you can depend on us to get you the best rate possible.
What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
A: Please contact us immediately and we will replace your order free of charge asap.
Can I use my own courier and shipping account?
A: Yes, you can use your own courier and shipping account but please understand that we take no responsibility for any shipping issue.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A: We will inform you directly by email when your order has been shipped.
Policies & Procedures
Once my order is placed, how long will it take to process and ship my order?
A: It will take 48 hours to process and ship your order and depending on where you are located, but it could take anywhere from 5-7 business days for delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number.
Is there a minimum order?
A: Yes. For any orders totaling less than $50.00 before taxes there will be a $10 small order surcharge.
If I am not satisfied with the product, can I return it?
A: Please contact us immediately. You will be required to obtain an authorization number from us before you return your product. If it was an error on our part we will have the product returned at our expense and you will be given a full credit.
If the product is not to your satisfaction within 2 weeks, please make arrangements to have the product returned to us in good condition and credit will be given for the cost of the product.
If I need to make a change to my order, how do I do it?
A: Please call us immediately and we will do everything possible to get you the right product.
What is your minimum order policy?
A: We have a minimum order policy of $25.00 worth of goods.
What is the deadline to cancel my order?
A: You have 24 hours to cancel your order as long as it has not been bottled or shipped.
How are backorders handled?
A: You will be notified immediately if your product is backordered. We will make every effort to keep you informed of your shipping date and provide you with a tracking number.
What method of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
How do I go about getting a Material Safety Data Sheet or a Certificate of Analysis?
A: Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any product information we’d be more than happy to help.
Product Questions
Are your essential oils organic?
A: We supply premium-grade essential oils at wholesale prices, unfortunately we cannot offer certified organic at this time.
How should essential oils be stored?
A: Essential oils are highly volatile substances that evaporate readily. We supply our essential oils in dark glass bottles as heat, air and light can affect them. Please store your essential oils in a cool dark place with the lid tightly sealed to prevent evaporation. Remember that once the bottle is opened constantly the oxidation process begins and therefore you will get a reduction of therapeutic properties over time.
How long do essential oils last for?
A: It depends on the essential oil but most will deteriorate slowly over a couple of years. Citrus oils on the other hand should be used within one year. We highly recommend that you use your essential oils within one year.
Do you supply carrier oils?
A: Yes, we can supply you with the following: Peach Kernel Oil (Almond Oil), Rapeseed Oil (Canola Oil), Coconut Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Jojoba Oil and Olive Oil in 500 ml and 1 kg sizes.

Do you have recipes for the different ways to use essential oils?
A: We can supply with a variety of recipes depending on your needs.
How do I get safety data for an essential oil?
A: On our website we include with each oil safety data but if you require more information just ask us for a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or just give us a call.
What happens if I have a reaction to an essential oil?
A: Please read our safety data located on the website as well as on the bottle. If you are having a reaction, stop using immediately and contact your doctor.
What bottle sizes do you supply of the essential oils?
A: We have the following sizes available: 5 mls (0.11 kg), 10 mls (0.12 kg), 100 mls (0.125 kg), 500 mls (0.28 kg) and 1 kg (1.8 kg).
What do I do if I am looking for a specific essential oil but I can’t find it on your website?
A: Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for.
Can you blend essential oils for me?
A: Yes we can! Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for and we will give you a quote specifically on that on that project.
Can you recommend essential oils for me, if I need help?
A: We can recommend essential oils for you, but please remember we are not medical doctors who can fully evaluate your needs. It would be up to you to fully understand the contraindications, safety data and recommended dosage levels.
